Fiano is an ancient southern Italian grape variety. This year we took the minimal intervention approach with this wine. Hand-picked, cold soaked overnight followed by a natural fermentation. No additions bar a touch of S02 prior to bottling. Bursting with flavour and showcasing the true varietal characters of Fiano.
