Reduced and barrel-aged grape must. Sweet condiment originating from the Abruzzio region where our Nonna Delia is from. Use in salads, on bitter vegetables, or even as a special topping on gelato. The grape must is reduced in a traditional copper pot, then aged in oak barrels of various sizes. The final blend is an average of 3 years old.
